Red Iron Oxide Pigment is a red iron oxide with the chemical formula Fe 2 O 3 and a hematite structure.
Red iron oxide (iron oxide red) pigments have a dark red hue, are opaque to visible light and have a moderate near infrared reflectance.
PR101 pigments offer properties well suited for plastics, coatings, cement, concrete, glass and ceramic applications, including easy dispersion and excellent dimensional stability without warping or shrinking.
Applications
Plastics: polyolefins, PS, ABS, engineering polymers, PVC, silicones and rubber
Coatings: liquid architectural and industrial coatings, powder coatings, coil coatings, drying coatings and high temperature coatings
Industrial: cement, concrete, glass and ceramics
